He’s very quick to respond, he’s very knowledgeable about the industry, answered so many questions. Tyler quickly helped us set up viewings and after 2 days of looking at 8 houses we put an offer in. Not only did he communicate well with us he also communicated well with the selling agent. He gave us advice on how to negotiate, and the type of things we could ask for in our deal.
