"I met Tyler through a friend. When my family found out we had 60 days to move Tyler helped us do that. He’s very quick to respond, he’s very knowledgeable about the industry, answered so many questions. Tyler quickly helped us set up viewings and after 2 days of looking at 8 houses we put an offer in. Not only did he communicate well with us he also communicated well with the selling agent. He gave us advice on how to negotiate, and the type of things we could ask for in our deal. He was supportive when I was frustrated with our financier. And even after the sale, he’s sent little gifts to support and congratulate us. I don’t plan on moving for a really long time but I will recommend him to anyone in the future."
